Cadmium telluride (CdTe) is a direct bandgap material ensuring excellent power generation during early morning, evening, or cloudy conditions compared to crystalline silicon.
With a low temperature coefficient (-0.21~0.25%/ºC), performance remains stable in high-heat environments, producing more power than traditional silicon cells.
No light-induced degradation characteristics. The spectral absorption is unaffected by water vapor, ensuring consistent output in humid climates.

The enterprise focuses on BIPV (Building-Integrated Photovoltaics) and thin-film solar technologies. By prioritizing large-area CdTe and perovskite industrialization, the products feature customizable shapes and transparency to replace traditional building materials.

Breakthroughs include high-efficiency inverted perovskite cells and self-developed advanced deposition instruments like close-space sublimation (CSS) and vapor transfer deposition (VTD).
