Product Description

Anti-Reflective (AR) Glass

AR coating glass is formed by coating multi-layer nano-optical materials on the glass surface by vacuum reactive sputtering to achieve the effect of increasing the transmittance of the glass and reducing the surface reflectivity.

Main Applications:

  • 3D TVs, tablet computers, and mobile phone panels
  • Media advertising machines and educational displays
  • Cameras, medical instruments, and industrial display equipment

Comparison: AR Glass vs Other Materials

Material Characteristics
AR Glass High transmittance (max 99%), low reflection (<2%), easy to clean, no aging, scratch resistant.
AR Film Low transmittance, not acid/alkali resistant, poor scratch resistance (≤3H).
Acrylic Panel High reflectivity, lacks texture, easy to age, poor flatness for large displays.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the maximum light transmittance of your AR glass? A: Our double-sided AR glass can reach a transmittance of ≥98% and a reflection of ≤1%.
Q2: Can the glass be customized to specific shapes and sizes? A: Yes, we provide full customization for square, round, and irregular graphics according to your drawings.
Q3: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? A: The standard MOQ for our AR glass products is 100 pieces.
Q4: How does AR glass perform under high temperatures? A: The AR coating layer remains unchanged even during full or semi-tempering at 650 degrees Celsius.
Q5: What surface treatments can you combine with AR coating? A: We can offer combined treatments including AG (Anti-glare), AF (Anti-fingerprint), and AR (Anti-reflective) coatings.
Q6: What certifications do your products hold? A: Our glass products pass international standards including CE, EN12150, ISO9001, GB, and SGS.
