U glass is produced by calendaring and forming, named for its "U" shape in cross-section. It features excellent light transmittance, heat insulation, energy saving, and high mechanical strength. Widely used in modern architecture, it saves metal profiles compared to normal glass and is adopted in urban and rural buildings worldwide.

Available in Normal Clear, Tinted Blue, Tinted Green, Low Iron, or Ultra Clear options. Customized sizes and patterns are available to meet specific project requirements.

The tempering process for channel glass involves custom tempering ovens designed for three-dimensional shapes. Tempered U channel glass is annealed glass that undergoes heat treatment to raise compression to 10,000 psi or greater.

Tempered glass is three to four times stronger than annealed glass. It is recognized by its "dicing" break pattern—small, harmless fragments that reduce the risk of injury from sharp edges or large shards.
