This specialized tempering process accommodates channel glass up to 20' long using custom-constructed ovens designed exclusively for three-dimensional profiles.

Tempered U channel glass is annealed glass that has undergone secondary heat treatment to raise compression to 10,000 psi or greater. It is three to five times stronger than standard annealed glass.
