The structure of cadmium telluride thin-film solar cells consists of five essential layers: glass substrate, transparent conductive oxide layer (TCO), cadmium sulfide (CdS) window layer, cadmium telluride (CdTe) absorption layer, and the back contact/electrode layer.
Our enterprise specializes in the R&D and production of cadmium telluride (CdTe) and perovskite thin-film solar cells. We focus on Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) and solar-powered consumer electronics. Our products feature customizable shapes, dimensions, and light transmittance, enabling solar materials to replace traditional construction elements.
The R&D team has established dedicated laboratories achieving breakthroughs in high-efficiency, low-cost inverted perovskite cells and self-developed thin-film deposition instruments.
