MGW Glass
Smart glass is a high-tech laminated glass product consisting of a Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal (PDLC) film sandwiched between two layers of glass and conductive interlayers. This technology allows the user to switch the visual appearance of the glass from opaque (translucent) to clear (transparent) instantly.
When an electrical current is applied, the liquid crystals align, making the glass transparent. When the power is turned off, the crystals return to a scattered position, creating an opaque privacy barrier.
