• Pear-grain: Hammered pearl or orange peel texture providing moderate translucency and excellent light scattering.
• Ice: An organic, heavily obscuring texture perfect for privacy in single-glazed applications.
• Piccolo: Available in both thin and thick line patterns.
• Ultra Clear (Low Iron): Special production using low-iron raw materials for a nearly colorless finish with a slight greenish cast.
• Tinted & Enameled: Available in Blue tint or Ceramic fritted color coating (RAL/Pantone options).

Our tempering process accommodates channel glass up to 20' long using custom-built three-dimensional tempering ovens. This secondary heat treatment raises glass compression to 10,000 psi or greater, making it three to four times stronger than annealed glass.

In the event of breakage, tempered channel glass exhibits a "dicing" pattern—breaking into small, harmless fragments without sharp edges, significantly reducing the risk of injury.
