Insulated Glass is made of two or more pieces of glass with effective support and evenly spaced and sealed at the periphery to form a dry gas space between the glass interlayers. The interlayer of the insulated glass is initially dry air, and other gases with a lower thermal conductivity than air are currently used. The minimum thickness of the gas interlayer should not be less than 6mm to function as thermal insulation.
The thermal resistance of the gas interlayer reduces convective and conduction heat transfer. This keeps the temperature difference between two sides close to or even exceeding 10 °C.
Low-emission films can reduce radiation emissivity to 0.1. In winter, it prevents indoor heat loss; in summer, it blocks solar heat, achieving a comfortable indoor environment year-round.
Internal desiccants absorb water molecules to keep the gas dry. Condensation does not occur inside the unit even when external temperatures drop significantly.
Products comply with international quality certifications: China GB11944; Europe EN1279; America ASTM E2190; Australia AS/NZS4666.
