💎 Product Description

PRODUCT NAME: INSULATED GLASS

PRODUCTION PROCESS:
Insulated glass (IGU), also known as multi-layered glass, is composed of two sheets of float glass or other glass types. Between the sheets, an aluminum spacer filled with desiccant is placed. The assembly is adhered and sealed using butyl, followed by polysulfide or silicon for maximum durability.

KEY FEATURES:

  • Made of high-quality float glass or specialized glass (laminated, tempered, low-E).
  • Significant energy savings: Lower U-value helps save approximately 20W of electricity per square meter.
  • Superior thermal insulation, anti-radiation, and soundproofing properties.
  • Condensation-proof and enhanced safety.
  • Ideal for the building industry, trains, ships, and refrigeration units.
