Insulating Glass is the high-performance combination of two or more pieces of glass separated by a space filled with dry air or specialized gas. During processing, an aluminum support filled with desiccant is inserted between the glass layers, then sealed with butyl rubber and finished with Thiokol, polyurethane, or silicone rubber based on construction requirements.
Significantly reduces heat transfer through windows.
Excellent acoustic dampening for quieter interiors.
