Tempered Glass is made by heating flat glass to just below its softening temperature (650 °c) and suddenly chilling it with jets of cold air. It results in the outer skins under powerful compressive stress and the interior with severe tensile stress. This ensures the impact applied to the glass will be overcome by the compressive stress on the surfaces to assure safety of use. It is ideal for areas with high wind loads and areas where human contact is an important consideration.

High-quality tempered glass is widely used in all doors (sliding, swing, etc.), windows, shower enclosures, partitions and elevator enclosures, curtain walls and storefronts, automotive window shields, as well as in chemical and scientific experiments.
PVB Interlayer: After the PVB interlayer is placed between glass sheets, the assembly is subjected to heat and pressure. In the event of breakage, the glass fragments remain bonded to the plastic interlayer. The thickness and color of the film can be customized for different performance needs.
SGP Glass: Utilizing SentryGlas®Plus film (SGP film), this composite product offers structural glass performance. It is permanently bonded through high-temperature and high-pressure processing.
